"Hi i ve heard you ve been involved in a car accident?" automated call. I hung up.
Was called by this number at 3PM, I missed it and it went to voicemail. The voicemail was muffled, had music playing in the background, with a woman speaking what sounded like Chinese, though it was hard to tell because the audio quality wasn't very good. Not sure if scam or just a wrong number dial.
Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!

I got a phone call from AMS about the car accident that I had in the last year and a half. When I asked when exactly this accident was supposed to have taken place they couldn't tell me. I asked where they were calling from and I was told Glasgow. I said to the person that they didn't sound Scottish to me and they hung up! They are a total scam company.

If you see this number, it s an IP phone POP (point of presence) for an Indian based call centre (might have misspelled that...I think there s a c in con artists....?) that has several web portals (see below), all purporting to be international or regional employment agencies. These days it is well worth having caller display on a land line - mobiles have it anyway. So for all these callers, 0845-, unavailable, withheld, etc., just lift the receiver and drop it back immediately, or, on a mobile, answer the call and immediately shut it down.
