Guy calls saying I qualify for a refund due to a prior overpayment and that he can help me claim it. I ask where he s calling from, he says "consumer services". Starts asking for my banking details and I have to interrupt him again to ask what company the "consumer services" relates to. He answers with Reactiv Media and the continues badgering me for bank details. I stop him to say I don t recognise the name of the company and if he could remind me what service I purchased from them. He hung up.

Been called by these people 4 times this week .they say their a finance business looking for someone. the guy seemed nice and professional but gave me the wrong details. so i dont know if their legit or not.(i did'nt share any of my details with him though just to be safe).
This number called me today saying that they had been passed my information after a car accident. Once I had indicated that this was false, they hung up.

I answered the phone to a confident sounding male who I knew was trying to sell something as he began with the usual "I hope I find you well this afternoon". He said our property was on their database as having old fashioned loft insulation. I immediately interrupted him to tell him he was wrong, we have modern insulation and that we don't want it up to the rafters as the loft is boarded and used for storage. Apparently someone from "credit investigation" saying I have "several debts" but that they know "I'm paying them off" and attempted to get more information from me. Absolutely a massive scam caller, no company name given and just factually incorrect. They're fishing for some poor person who's in debt that will believe the nonsense they're saying. Be very careful and do not give them information, they had my full name. Scammer/Phishing.
