The agent his name was Jay , 1 Never introduced himself or the company he is calling from, very annoying and rude, telephone manners are ZERO, reluctant to give details about his company which sounded suspicious to me and adamant to know if i have had an accident. With the way they are handling calls they will be out of business soon. They souldn t be allowed to handle such an important database with customers details on them.

Please don't believe these people! If you're waiting for a refund from loveholidays, the refund will automatically go on the card you paid with, so there's no reason for them to ask for your card details.

Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. SCAM Automated Call from DWP stating my National Insurance Number had been used for fraud... After being placed in a que, an Indian Woman asked me what I wanted and I said You called me she said she hadn't... Wouldn't or couldn't confirm my NINO, Name, DOB or Benefit Type... Due to the fact I took her off script by asking why their automated system had called me, she hung-up.. If this was the DWP, very unprofessional and at least try and sound convincing...

This number, 08454290023, called me again the same day, March 31st., while I was out.
+44 1223 252910 and various similar numbers... SCAM - hangs up as soon as you answer. The scam is to get you to call the number back, at which point you will get charged ££££ - DON’T CALL BACK! Delete/block number on your phone. Bear in mind, if it was a genuinely important personal/business call for you, whoever it was will find a way to let you know.

Sales woman called and said she wanted to speak to the director and give us quotes for energy providers. I told her 'the managing director would not be interested in her call but thank you' and then put the phone down as we do not take cold calls. She rang straight back and spoke to another colleague saying that I was rude to hang up on her! Very harassing, a rude person, and not a good fit for a sales team, we will be adding them to our black list.
