Line took a while to connect. Caller with an Indian-sounding accent. Had call from same number earlier today, but that didn t connect. I checked the number, and it came up as nuisance call, so I hung up immediately just now. Will now block number.

Called mobile 5 times in one day. Did not answer it's a Manchester number.

I have been contacted by a Company called UK Loan Ltd, the foriegn gentleman called Richard explained all the loan details and even gave me a reference number and the number to call them back. He asked for a UKASH voucher for ?100, (this voucher is as he told me was to show that we are able to repay the loan and I would get it back with the money into my account) which I did and gave them the voucher number. I regularly get calls from this number. It s mostly an Indian sounding woman on the phone who either tells me that she is calling for the victim, because I should have caused an accident or she tells me that my computer was broken.

When I asked if they were calling about PPI or an alleged accident that I had in the last 2 years, they just hung up ... how rude ... blocked the number!

Missed call and my VA took the call. This appears to be Opayo, who were formerly SagePay. I rang the number and they just say that one of their operatives will ring us back, pretty much when they feel like it.

Said he wanted someone called Ban Newman. No one called Ben Newman could possibly have lived here for the last 20 years, as we have and had our number for 20 years and are on TPS, so either someone has misused our number or they are lying. If they call again I shall report them to the TPS and anyone else I can find.
