If you see this number, it s an IP phone POP (point of presence) for an Indian based call centre (might have misspelled that...I think there s a c in con artists....?) that has several web portals (see below), all purporting to be international or regional employment agencies. This is the first call from this number, it s a premium rate number, if the call is important they would leave a voicemail but they didn t, it s possible it s for ppi or some other cold caller, if it calls again I will block it but won t answer it.
