I tried a few times to ring back this number as I got a missed call but without any success... why do they can call me and I can not call them back ???

Could hear caller doing fake laughing just like HA HA HA HA HO HO HO HO rang back no answer.

When asked who was calling they hung up

Client reported someone from this number has called 4-5 times in the last 2 weeks saying that he owed money.No other details.They gave correct surname but wrong initial. Gave correct postcode but no other info. Client has no debts/loans. Client very vulnerable, distressed by these calls( one was after 8pm)

They would not give any information out over the matter or even give me my own door number or year of birth - my check to see if it is a cold call. Thanks to you guys have avoided this call. Just bought new oven and hob from Boots and they have already rung 3 times!!! They are now blocked!! If I want insurance I will ask for it. Simples!!
