Fraud Txt message from Royal Mail requesting "2 for underpaid parcel delivery and if not paid via an attached link will be returned to sender. I have not ordered anything and not expecting any parcels. If sender has not used the correct postage rate it will be their mistake and their responsibilty if returned to sender.
The number called me as a travel agent and duped me of my money which I paid for a flight ticket. There was no ticket it was a fraud and that transaction was from this number. The travel agents name is travelnticket. The contact name is Sarah Collins.

Asked to speak to the owner of company, I explained that he was not available due to being in payroll till after 3 then got a rude response of "why should I explain myself to you if your not the owner" further to this he got very aggravated with me despite telling him plain and simple he was not available till 3pm. continued to be rude and obnoxious!! Has been spam calling my skype only, internal only work number for the past 2 weeks, have repeatedly told them the person they're asking for does not work here but still calls multiple times a day. Clearly a call center, won't tell me what they're calling about just that they need to speak to a particular person.
