Scammer and time-waster calling from India. ActionFRAUD notified.
Fraud, advised me of false bank transfers.
Call center india lady from 'housing repairs' calling 'all council and housing association tenants'. Categories that haven't applied to me since I was 10 years old. Obviously phishing, and hung up on me when they realised I knew that.
Housing Disrepair team. Helped me to get justice on my living conditions I had in my Housing property. Also had some money as compensation. Good people and very helpful.

I never answer the landline (to avoid giving scammers/spammers the knowledge that my landline is a valid number). I researched the number but could not find a legitimate index entry, so I conclude it is a scam and not to be trusted at all. Potentially dangerous. Automated A Very annoying automated call. They call on average 4 times day. Starting at 9am. Never leave a message, never say who they are. I called them back using this number and an automated message says this telephone number has been discontinued as it has been reported as fraud.

Appears to be a scam. Supposed to have paid £216 in March 2021 for 2 years cover on electrical items further 3 years to pay for now. Supposed to have signed a contract but when I asked for a copy of supposed contract to be forwarded caller hung up!!!

Every time you phone this number it rings once then goes on to engaged tone I think what they are selling is a scam took my money in January no goods received and no response from them.

Call center - calling several times a day. I didn't answer, but called back and they knew who I was. Asked if I was still a tenant or in housing association and that they were something to do with housing repair service. I advised I was a homeowner, so she apologised and agreed to take my number off their list. I've no idea if they are legit or not.

Just received a scam called about Amazon Prime
Money has been taken from bank account
SCAM Woman with strong foreign accent claimed to be from 'BT technical department' (immediately obvious not genuine) and said they had received notifications that my internet was being used by others fraudulently. Pointed out BT not my provider which she ignored, she then tried to guess some letters from my email to 'send me a verification' and when I said that wasn't my email, accused me of lying!!!! Presumably hoping I'd supply my actual email.
A female voice told me lies and did not declare her identity.
Supposedly Bank Security, recorded message about 2 suspicious transactions, £300 on Amazon & £1100 for international money transfer. Usual format press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to someone. Sick of these scammers!
