Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.

Automated message when you pick up that says ive avoided tax of some sort and that I need to press 1 to speak to someone to avoid it going to court. After pressing 1 it just goes silent and when you call it back it just says persons phone is switched off. Im based in Wales and call is from Manchester so will assume its a scam

Its apex debt collection. they buy debts left over by everyone else for about ?1. knowing they have no leg to stand on enforcing the debt. ignore their calls completely, do not try to call them back. if they send you a letter refer to forums like citizens advice and money saving expert. i worked there for a week until i realised what s what. spineless, toothless chancers.
