This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.

SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. SCAM - recorded call allegedly from BT internet services cutting off landline and internet because of suspicious activity on our network. The only suspicious activity is from these morons.
When I answered "Can I help you?", they replied "hello"... pause..."hello". And then hung up. I phoned them back and asked them who they were. "Claims Advisory Group". "Please take me off your list." Cold call from this company. Advised company re TPS and did not appreciate cold calls, put phone down. Caller phoned back and became abusive and threatening. I informed police and have a crime number. Hopefully the police will take action.
