I was called twice by 07453274561 at 1843 & 1859 on 03.05.2013, caller said she was calling from BT re phone & broadband. This caused a lot of distress to me and my wife, please trace and have this stopped. I am registered with TPS and am ex directory

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. They called me a couple of times saying, we got information that you have outstanding depts, is that correct? I said no, and the first couple of times, they apologised, but today, just a couple of minutes ago, the guy that I was just speaking to was just a complete A hole, he bloody hung up on me without any explanation.
