Second silent call from this number in 2 days. Picked it up as it is a local number to me.
Pre recorded message re missold payment protection insurance. Standard woffle saying I could get up to £4000 in compensation. Press 2 to speak to an adviser, or alternatively save yourself money and put the phone down. The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.
had a call from this number today the person on the other end was asking to speak to a person giving the name and that person don't live here when I said this to them they asked again and I said the same no one lives here of that name she then started getting abusive and said why are you lying why are you lying if you don't want my service just say so and then hung up. So pleased I found this site as I have had nearly 6 weeks of totally random calls from these parasites. Generally they hang straight up but really disgusting language used this afternoon. I phoned my provider and they have blocked the call their end and shown me how to do so on my phone which was surprisingly easy. Definitely worth calling your provider if you re as fed up as I am.
