Indian man said he was calling from "England Claim Services" in Manchester. He addressed me by a bogus name I had given to a previous unsolicited caller. When asked he said the address was 96 Devon Road LU2 0RU which is in Luton. He gave me a contact number of 01624643245. He said I am entitled to a PPI payment of ?1826 but due to admin fees and taxes the actual amount I get is only ?720. However if I take out an insurance policy I would save the fees and taxes. So he started asking me questions in order to

Said I did and, she then asked what treatment I received, I started telling her (thinking it was to do with the claim I had put in to the MIB) then she hung up on me! That s when I googled the number and realised it was a fishing phone call

Apparently from Microsoft security department, informing me my computer has been hacked and they require access. They soon hung up when I simply said nothing to them. Definitely a scam.
