CALLS FROM COMPANY CLAIMING TO ACT KN BEHALF OF O2. TRYING TO GET ME TO UPGRADE. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH O2 GIVING OUT MY CONTRACT DETAILS TO OTHERS. DESPITE TELLING THIS FIRM I DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY CONTINUE CALLING. THEY JUST HANG UP IF I COMPLAIN ABOUT THEIR HARASSMENT. You may be a customer without knowing. I m going to buck the trend here... yes it s D&G, and they had a valid reason to call me. I m sure they probably cold-call too but for me I am a customer already.. and many of you may be too without knowing. My 2 year manufacturer s warranty was 1y manufacturer + 1y exended.. that 1y extended part was supplied by D&G. It's just a scam regarding Tax Evasion. They will give an option to settle with the court by paying 500£ first or settle it in court with a lawyer. They will not give you a reference number for your case and they will try threathing you with police officer coming to your door.

FRAUD SCAM!! This was an automated message initially asking if I'd authorised a payment for £600 to overseas. Transferred to a human who said the payment on your visa debit card, I asked which card, she replied your visa debit. I asked again which card, was told from your bank. Which bank? The bank you authorised the payment from. I said I have several banks so which one. She replied Halifax bank, when I said I don't bank with Halifax she hung up on me. Be careful folks!
