This number called me as a collection company for Scottish Power but when I phoned Scottish Power they let me know I was actually in credit and they had never heard of this company. Do not speak to them!!!

I answered the phone to a confident sounding male who I knew was trying to sell something as he began with the usual "I hope I find you well this afternoon". He said our property was on their database as having old fashioned loft insulation. Absolutely a massive scam caller, no company name given and just factually incorrect. They're fishing for some poor person who's in debt that will believe the nonsense they're saying.
