This is a scam where the caller says are from BT or Windows and are trying to get access to your personal data. The best thing to say is that you don t use BT and/or don t have a computer. The number they call doesn t seem to be the real number but some kind of ghost number for them to hide behind.

The lady (pretty sure its the same lady every time) asks for one of the Owners by name (despite the owners rarely being available at this number - if they actually had dealt with the Owner in question - they wouldn t be trying to contact them on this number!) This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
