07468578922 Called this morning purporting to be from 3 Mobile wanting to speak to me about my contract. I’m not with 3 Mobile and the caller's number isn’t either (it registered to a Chinese network). When I tried to question the caller they swiftly terminated the call. Suspected scam.

SCAM - they were trying to offer to switch my phone contract to get a new iPhone. I had to ask repeatedly for them to remove me from their calling list before they listened and said goodbye. Number is now blocked.

I had a email apparently from Meta (Facebook) to say this number (07956836341) had been added to my Facebook account and with a link to report this if it wasn’t me who added the number. The date on the email was wrong (Friday 6th June 2023 doesn’t exist). The link asked for my FB password so I didn’t continue. I checked my FB security details and no number had been added. It looks as though this is a scam to try to access FB passwords.

Said they were calling from debt solutions and can wipe out debt. Foreign call centre operator was given my usual torrent of vile abuse. One day they may stop calling.

My wife answered. Foreign male called asking to speak to XXX. No security questions asked. Claimed he was from Microsoft. When told we were on TPS, he became argumentative. He clearly hadn't heard of TPS. When asked to remove our details from their database he became aggressive and said he would disconnect our phone at our address. He knew our address because he read it out! He then put the phone down when I said in the background we were connecting to the police.

Repeatedly called claiming to be from Microsoft and that my computer had been hacked. Male caller became almost hysterical when I said I judged he was a scammer. An unpleasant experience.

Fraud recording only. claiming that you have a pending case from HMRC and are investigating your financial activity. It urges you to press 1 to have further details about the case before they issue an arrest warrant. Block number and report. It is so funny how the UK govt allows number spoofing and can not get to know who uses these numbers. It is no brainer that o2 could identify who uses this spoofed numbers. Please report it it is a SCAM. Had a call from01233542837 which showed as Potential scam/fraud identified himself as "claim UK" when I asked which claim he said any claim. I went cheeky and said wanted free energy bill he hang up.
