Someone calling himself Steven from Security Awareness Scotland supposedly offering a free home security system in exchange for information about domestic circumstances He made some excuse and apologised when I told him he shouldnt be calling as Ive been registered with TPS for years I dont know what sort of scam it is but sounds extremely dodgy anyone who is security aware should just hang up Number now blocked and reported to ICO

Called and left a message - wishing to discuss my domestic appliance insurance. These calls are at best unwanted Spam and at worst a Scam. Caller said would ring back - I've blocked the number - so will not get bothered again.

Called, rang off after some muffled sounds in the background. I dialled right back, and the number is NOT RECOGNISED, this is a spoof number and therefore spam or dangerous.

SCAM Heavily accented man called 'Peter' from BT ringing about my internet service being interrupted.

They called pretending to be our internet provider and wanted to connect to our internet to see if there were any issues. When we declined and told them that we had a dedicated I.T department that dealt with that, they hung up.

Morning call saying bank card had been charged two large amounts. Card type not mentioned. Asked to press keys to accept of deny. Suggest a SCAM

SCAM Caller purported to be from BT, worried that a third party was trying to change my IP address from private to public. I ended the call before I discovered whether they were trying to get payment or download software.

Indian male claimed to call from insurance company about my car accident. I haven't got car accident. Asked how does he get my number, he said from his head office, I laugh and said he is lying and he said to me to go and fuck myself ????

Didnt introduce himself, asked for me by name, said he was calling about my debts ( I dont have any so knew he was lying) I asked him to tell me about my debts, he said I was to tell him. I asked if he was a moron and he said " you are a moron debter" . Told him I would report him to the police and have blocked his number... this is most certainly a scammer. Elderly folk beware!!!

is a virus, by entering the link, then fees are charged for every sms sent from this number

Pretending to be from O2 and they send a text message to your mobile with a six digit code in, do not give them this code. Hang up and inform O2 immediately.

Claims they are from some housing association what to know if there is damage to your property. When I asked where did they get my number from they mumble some national something. when I said they don't have my number they said all they need to know if my house is damaged. I said they don't even know if my property privately owned. Then they hanged up.

I don't know who call me from the number 03333393319. I don't know anyone with this number. The system in my phone classified it as 'Potential Fraud' I blocked it.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. 07477140852. Had 4 calls today from 074771..... This was the first time there was an automated call at the other end purporting to be from HMRC asking me to press 1 because I hadn’t replied to them so they would start legal proceedings.
