SCAM - Told them to take a number off the list as the person has a memory dissorder. Have called daily after that, telling it is the first time they call. Different numbers, but same person called back right after from this number. She called from RCN Investments and if that is true, that she called because the person wrote her number at THEIR webpage- then they have sold the number to several other companies, because the phone is calling several times a day after the day she register on a web-page.

They use a dialler to make contact and do not charge for their service. If you agree to have a surveyor visit your home they are polite and helpful. Their home assessment is free of charge. If they identify an issue they bring it to you attention. They then compare your home's issue with previous case studies.

Purported to be from ‘visa’ and had held a £100 payment on my card as it was for on line gambolling in the USA and seemed suspicious. Asked you to speak to an operative to get the payment removed from your account. Obvious criminal intent!

"Bank of Scotland" left concurrently 2 text messages and a voicemail, & phoned from 0333 045 9640. 1st text said "You will shortly receive a text from Bank of Scotland Card Services to confirm recent activity on your card ending xxxx" (the actual numbers on my card). 2nd text said fraudulent purchase of £349 from Apple had been blocked. 02394352784 called 26 may 23 at 08:14 hrs..... Male caller said his records showed my property roof insulation was old sub-standard material and should be replaced to improve efficiency. Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Last previous call was from 02394352784 26 April 23 at 0832hrs.

Someone who claimed he's from NatWest bank. But to me that was a scammer.

SCAM - Unsolicited phone call from a number I didn't recognise. Answered but didn't speak and heard only silence. After five seconds the call hung up so no doubt an automated system that waits to hear someone's voice. Without a doubt a scam.
