May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. SCAM Missed a call from this number, tried to call it back and an American voice says 'this number is not in service. Please check the number and try again' so whoever it is, is obviously using a spoof service to attempt to scam people. If they wasn't trying to scam people, then they would have a legit phone number!

Safe number Just spoke to this company. They discussed my current Royal London policy which I have not reviewed before and found that it was no longer suitable. I then spoken to a qualified adviser and have a correct policy to protect my wife and 2 children. Very professional and I am very happy with their service. No hassle, no fees and no pressure.
Claiming to be a company called Phones Ltd about a 40% discount code for o2 - even though that’s not my network provider. Put another person on the phone when she got flustered, male then started asking me my security question, what model of phone I had, mt network provider was etc. SCAM - avoid!! Trying to hack into my details. Do NOT give any details to this caller!!

called where i work this morning. Really rude man on the line telling me he wants to find hidden commission in our utility bills. when i said our accountants are on with doing it he cut me off and said they wont be getting what he can get us. would hardly let me speak and when i could he corrected me every time although i was repeating what he had said. in the end he said "what a rude person" and hung up. dont answer to them it will be scam.

SCAM. They attempt to sell you courses for over £2,000 and insult you if you refuse to buy them. If you ask regards product they have no technical knowledge, but they will keep repeating it's certified while is not.
