Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam
Encountered these before....try to talk you into getting their "free" magazine with offers. If you dont jump through hoops quick enough, they start billing you monthly. Avoid like the plague in my opinion!!!

Unsolicited call, caller didn t respond when phone was answered. Presumably the authorities must know to where this phone number is registered and should remove it from the network. My guess it is a scam where they want you to ring back and surprise surprise you get stung with a premium rate call for your trouble.
