May have mentioned UPS which co-incidentally I've been receiving scam emails recently purporting to be from them about an outstanding delivery which I can categorically state I am NOT awaiting. They'd use that code to hijack my account, change the address, and order as many high end phones and tablets as O2 would let them. SCAM Got a call just now from 020 8089 6127 by a South African sounding woman, saying she was from a company called Teabag, and she went on the say I understand you have defrauded out of money on-line and want to get it back. When I asked how she got my name and phone number she hung up.

Claims to be from EE promotions, I thought it was true as I did recently ask EE to call me as I was in the realm for an upgrade. SCAM- 0128 240981 I've been bombarded by calls from similar 0128 numbers for past couple weeks. I finally answered this one today (28th October) and it was a lady with an oversees accent with echoey background noise saying she was from the National Debtline. She knew my name and kept asking me to confirm it but I didn't and I kept asking who she was then hung up when she said she was from the debtline. They don't cold call you and it's a totally different number so I blocked it.

Received a call from this number stating that its visa card fraud prevention. Lady asked if i want to authorize or cancel Amazon purchase of a gift card £300.00 She asked about BOB and Full name but when I asked to give me my name she said that she approves the purchase because i refused to give my name and hanged up. Sound like scam be aware!!!

Received a witheld number and followed up with texyt purporting to be Wise QUERYING A PAYMENT REQUEST TO REVOLUT £1510.15 SIGNED BY Anthony Wilson Said it was a Trojan virus and wanted to know if I had any other Bank accounts reluctant to give any account information. Received another call from someone who said they hold a 20stake in the Fraud team and started getting very angry when I started to challenge him he wanted me to change my pin number. Fealt very threatened with the conversation.
