Scam, rings for a short time and encourages you to call back as you may think it's a official number. When you do call you are charged at over £1 a minute for listening to a recorded message that literally says nothing.

SPAM This number is from a batch of similar numbers: 07488871703. 07488871758, 07488871735, 07488871757, 07488871649, 07488871624, 07488871560. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.

Said they were calling from debt solutions and can wipe out debt. Foreign call centre operator was given my usual torrent of vile abuse. One day they may stop calling.

Went through all the comments, I found some painful, while some were funny. My conclusion is most people can still get scammed just because they can’t read in- between the lines. I’ve be victimized. Now I have a resident expert and a professional hacker who helped me recover my funds and so far, it had been worth it. Hackers easily know a bitcoin scam. Phone call received at 1105hrs this morning ( 12th April ) caller with an Asian accent introduced herself as Mary from Sky Technical support advising me that they had received several reports that my internet was causing problems. I terminated the call at this point.
Scam calls, usually related to Crypto. These people have been harassing me for over a year due to the previous owner of my phone number having filled out an inquiry on their website. They call from numbers generated in the UK and across Europe/Asia. The number is not in service when you try to call it back.

Lady with a very broad Asian accent from a busy call centre - lots of similar accents. Yet this is a Liverpool number ! She claimed to be from Currys PC World offering me a phone upgrade keeping the same phone number. No thanks. Probably a scam anyway !
