An idiot rang me from this number stating that he could get me refunds for all of any of the loans, credit cards and mortgages that I d ever had during my lifetime. I told him that I didn t have any just to get him off the phone to which he replied that I WAS A LIAR. A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so. I just said Lloyds bank(not true).He said his boss will phone me today. They called this morn and I didn t answer. Dreading the phone ringing now and worried giving my dob was a dangerous thing. He didn t swear but got more impatient as the call went on.

It looks like they know your number and full name. the caller said they are "consumer information bureau" and wants to do survey.

Number is from a company called Advance Medial, they called when I answered the hung up - another number for the reject list.

A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. Seems to be a legal claims helpline that tries to optimise their call statistics bacause they don t bother talking to you. Even if you call them back, they will hang up on you.

When I answered the phone I could hear the sounds of a call centre in the background but no one spoke to me, even when I told them that I could hear them and had noted the number down. I hung up as they were obviously not going to talk to me.

What a waste of time and effort, I don't have a power bill, with anyone!

Called two days running. Caller hung up halfway through answer machine message.

PPI automated call. Will probably be followed fairly soon after with a call from a private number with some snotty nosed git who knows more about you than you d like. Don t engage them. If you do have a PPI claim print the form from the FSA website and send it yourself. Thats all these guys do anyway and they take 20% (or more) of whatever settlement you get.....

This company called me to discuss my online presence so the guy said. Caller sounded very desperate and said he could have my business featured on Google page 1 and offered unlimited clicks and get me more business. What the guy didn t realise nor ask is that I have ran these adwords marketing campaigns before for various businesses I have and for the £150.00 fixed fee he said it would cost, my average click cost is £4+ and would literally get no work from this amount of spend.
