A Asian guy called saying I have been awarded a 30% discount for being a loyal customer O2 customer. i Left O2 over a couple of years ago, so I checked the number out online while he was talking and the number was listed as a scam call, so knew it was a scam. He said he was going to pass me to customer service. I then spoke to the next Asian guy who said he would send me a message and to except it (phone malware). RECORDED ENGLISH ACCENT CLAIMED TO BE FROM AMAZON WITH FRAUD ACTIVITY ON MY ACCOUNT 07447077845 Indian/Pakistani accent after a recorded message with multi choice. I did my usual barrage of EXPLETIVES 'you know what i mean' and they hung up. Don't be fooled by these scam artists. AMAZON WOULD NEVER PHONE YOU WITH ANY PROBLEM WITH YOUR ACCOUNT.

Usual asian call center thicko scammer, claiming to be from social housing repair team, ffs, how thick can you get, if you're going to try scamming someone it has to be a believable company and the above certainly isn't that. They don't like being called liars either.

Fraud. Pretending to call from HMRC. Didn't know my name. Told them if they're calling from HMRC the least they should know is my name. Call was supposedly from Liverpool too, not a Liverpudlian accent to be heard.

This call - 01582766507 - at 8.15am this morning was from Microsoft ringing to tell me their system had picked up that my computer was being targeted. I hung up.

Government energy discount fraud...click a link asking you to fill in details to apply for your energy discount, I fell for it and gave my personal details and bank card long number and security code at the back..luckily cancelled my card in time...be aware you aren't needing to apply for the energy discount if you're eligible you'll get it paid into your account automatically.

Foreign female caller said they wanted to refund me £198 for money incorrecty taken from my account for a washing machine service. This is a scam.

SCAM Has phoned twice. Says this is your bank and there are 2 strange transactions on your account. Doesn't name the bank. The transactions are £300 to Amazon and £1000 to overseas banking. Stated if this was not you press one to speak to your bank or press to to speak to an advisor. BANK SCAM
