This a scam number ......it is supposed to be from Barclays fraud centre......I got a text saying can I confirm a payment being asked for ....if not call this number .....I havant even got a Barclays account.

One of many similar calls, third time this week. Same automated female voice telling me that two unauthorized transactions on my Amazon account and an international money order have been made this morning and that I should press one or two on my keypad for further details, I hung up again.

unknown number to me rang me saying they got my Number from Anna. Person was inaudible with Aftican type accent talking about ‘gear’ Made no sense to me at all so hung up. They made no attempt to ring me back if a number was (which it clearly wasn’t!) given to them by an Anna!!SCAM

I have received a call from this number a recorded message claiming to be the HMRC threatening to take action against me. There was an option to stay on the line and speak to an operator. Obviously I didn't. When tried to call back, receiver ended the call back.

Well spoken Indian man asked for me by name, gave me my address & postcode, said he was from Domestic General and had checked my paperwork and as I had not claimed I can have a discount. Text message left claiming to be from a child of mine, but didn’t give a name. Asked me to WhatsApp them and this was their new number, for a new phone as the old number was for the old damaged phone. It just struck me as odd so ignored and then blocked the number. I believe it was an attempt to get me to engage and was a scam.

Claims to be BT technical regarding illegal use of broadband band and a threat to disconnect. It’s not it fake. Also calls from other numbers in completely different locations.

Fraud I believe this was an attempt to get my debt card information. I typed in the url filled up with an all red page telling me this was a fraudulent site and to not contact or talk to these people. UNSAFE SITE trying to get my credit card, social sec. info etc. It had the phone number 208-537-7505 which if you call it, get nothing but what sounds like a fake ring - No one picks up. The URL they sent in the text led me to the warning site. The text will ask if you used your card and the amt charged.
