So for all these callers, 0845-, unavailable, withheld, etc., just lift the receiver and drop it back immediately, or, on a mobile, answer the call and immediately shut it down. Cold callers I no longer speak to, no matter who they say they are. They said hello and then they put the phone down, no great attempt to communicate. I now only speak to people...

This caller purports to represent several companies in the advertizing business. On the face of it they are legit but on police and Solicitor advice steer well clear unless you want to be skinned by their relentless monetary tactics.
