I told him that we do not have a standard charge and I will not be stating a value - very thick accent which was hard to be able to understand fully. Very polite though.

0207 9245544 - this number is a scam!!! Called me twice, I didn't answer as didn't recognize the number. I then googled the number and it's some motability Volkswagen thing in London. I called them four times trying to find out why they called me - they are rude and refuse to tell me why they called me!!! Instead, they demanded my name and then started the sales pitch! I never contacted them and I'm not in London so have nothing to do with them! This is clearly a scam!!!

Such lazy scammers - they use the same numbers each time. Basically if you receive a call from a Bolton code eg 01204 and you don;t live in Bolton or know someone who lives in Bolton, just ignore and block. It will just be these lazy evil scammers. Sometimes they claim to be TalkTalk, another time they claim to be 'National Debt Resolution'. They are totally useless - they are even rude the moment you answer, and can't even manage to sound even briefly plausible or professional. Evil fools - the worst.

The text message received from this number on 14/02/2024 at 12:13 simply read: "Got it (thumbs up emoji)" No other content and this number is not in my phone book nor was I expecting any messages like this from anyone. A voice said he was James from Relief Energy who said; "I've been trying to call you for a few days now, actually." Well, nobody has been trying to call me when I was at home, and as I check my phone whenever I've been out, then I know for sure that it's nonsense so I just hung up. This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. I texted the number to ask where my order was. The reply was "Arriving soon". I asked "when". No response. i left it a couple of days and asked again. The reply was "soon". Im still waiting. Ha
