Report them to the ICO - it takes 1 minute - as they are breaking GDPR regulations. Their MD is Chris Earle from Verastar. They need a massive fine or to be put out of business.

I was called saying my wifi was going to go go off and i was going to be given a new router. I was asked to use my mobille phone and enter a code which he gave me. He was using phonetics which didnt seem normal eg o was onion. Naturally I did'nt carry on and rang off.
