Automated voice stating a transfer had occurred on my Visa Mastercard of 700.00 & 900.00 Then stated to block the transfer press 1 I didn't press anything as thought was a scam and the call ended after a few seconds
As I have an unlisted number this call is obviously a spam call and I blocked it.

SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!

They are a debt recovery agency trying to track down people with bad debt. I don’t do debt I owe no one anything how the hell they got my number is a mystery. Any I think they are a fraud. This number was used to send me a Payment Request from a Caroline Fox via PayPal for £729. I called PayPal and reported phishing. Apparently this is not the first time this request has been made from this person.
Rang to tell me that there has been 2 transactions on my visa card for £300 & £1100 pounds and to press 1. Hung up and tried to ring back but it was " unable to connect the call".
