Got a call from this number- left to voicemail. Got a robot voice demanding to call it back as part of the HMRC. If i didn't there would be severe legal consequences. Pretty positive this is a scam or money call trap.
I have been called on numerous occasions throughout the day from the number originating from Doncaster. I have no connection with Doncaster personally or work related. I have checked all policies held and none correspond. Probably easier to answer the call to confirm but this has the feel of a scam/cold call.

A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. Phoned said my name then said its your bank we need to veryfi unusual activity on your bank account, give me your full name, address date of birth. I said NO, he insisted and I said NO, you have phoned me I don't know who you are he then hung up. I contacted my bank immediately and it was not one of their phone numbers.

I'm pretty sure that this is a scam number. It's number called me and told me that there had been a fraudulent charge on my visa number and asked me to dial 1. The number did not ask for my name. The number did not give me any digits from my account numbers. I don't hold a visa card. I did not press one. I hung up immediately. Obvious scam beware!
