I received a call that sounded like an automated recording claiming that I had had unusual activity on my visa card. I believed it to be a scam call so I just hung up.

I was contacted from this number at 16:30 on 10.06.2022. It was a man of Asian origin judging by the accent (Pakistani, Indian, Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi) and said quote: “Hello, is this ***** *****? SCAM This started out as a text asking if i was Anna. They werent sure they had the right No. I said no it wasnt. They then initiated a conversation which soon led to them asking for personal info. They gave me this No, saying it was their company No and i could join their private Whatsapp so we could exchange photos. When I started asking about what they said was their home town, they stopped replying...unsurprisingly. The No they were texting from is a deffinate scam No, so this No is likely dangerous

Sales call On answering this number a male with possibly an Asian accent enquired if I had any storm damage which needed repairing. I said no and he hung up. As I have an ex-directory number I assume that this was from a call centre just auto dialing. SPAM Be very wary

Scammer offering us Full Fibre broadband, we are with BT and know for a fact that Full fibre is not available in this area and when it is we will be getting it FROM BT.

Fraud This number called the landline today stating there had been suspicious activity on my bank account totally over £1000. It asked me to click 1 to cancel these transactions or 2 to speak to an adviser. I am aware my bank will not call me with an automated message of such nature - please be aware !!

SCAM said they were calling about renewal of O2 contract. As I don’t have a contract knee it was a scam. Blocked

Called tiday not known to me so let it go to answer machine soon as machine cut in they hug up must be a scam other wise they would leave a message.

TAXES / HMRC Recorded message informing me of my 'Tax evasion' & how it could result in jailtime. Usual Press 1 or 2 option

SCAM The caller was a recording with a female voice with American/Canadian accent. She told me she was from security at my bank card (no account name or bank) and I had £10,000 taken from my account and £2000 by PayPal. If I was not aware of these transactions I should press button 1. This call is identical to many others I have received with the same voice but differing amounts. No bank card or account is ever identified. It is a Scam to get you to press button 1 and make your phone open to the scam

Asking for bank details and for you to contact fraud department as someone trying to get money from your account….not possible to ring them back…scam.

SCAMScam. 'Christopher' from an 'accident claims line' regarding an accident on (correct date) that was 'not your fault'. This is around the 10th call in a month using same script from different numbers (all now blocked). Other numbers had reports describing similar calls, supposedly to settle claim for percentage of settlement. No mention of my insurance carrier. Presumably date of accident & my mob number were disclosed by someone with access to insurance carrier's online form for reporting accide

Foreign accent called me saying they were from Direct Mobile company. When I told them I was going to end the call and report them, he said; Oh, why you speak like that ma'am? And started to abuse me before hanging up.
