They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. SCAM Rang my work number saying they were BT (not our provider) and said our router was Comprimised. Knowing it was a scam, I played along to waste their time. They tried to get me to connect to what would undoubtedly look similar to a BT site to then connect my PC to the site. They got bored of us trying to keep them on the line so they didn't scam some OAP. They gave up and hungup.

Sales woman called and said she wanted to speak to the director and give us quotes for energy providers. I told her 'the managing director would not be interested in her call but thank you' and then put the phone down as we do not take cold calls. She rang straight back and spoke to another colleague saying that I was rude to hang up on her!
