Appears to be a phishing call. I answered and an automated voice just said "goodbye" and the call ended. This typically is an attempt to have you call the number back for any number of reasons, typically non of which are good.

The phone number is in London, but caller said he was calling from Manchester, UK!

just called by this number. A robot call, falsely claiming my (credit card?) account has been charged twice and asking me to call another number. I immediately hung up and checked my account. 03442093176 called 25Jul23 at 13:28hrs, asked for me by name, but caller unknown claiming to be calling on behalf of Nationwide, didn't give a reason for her call. Hung up with a no thank you.
