Asked which part of London this Virgin Call centre is in. She replied "Canberra", maybe confused with Australia? I just got a call from this number left the message asking me to call back about my Cargo delivery that I have requested online. when I called back the automated voice said Concord logistics and I was put on hold for the longest I can imagine since all the advisors are busy. and then after a while the repeat message disappeared and the ringing started with no response. what is going on? am I being scammed?

SPAM rang off as soon as i answered
Welsh lad called, went through whole list of directors names that he alleged he d spoken to earlier in the year. Given that I deal with the telecoms I know this is BS. Said he would ring back; when told that the directors don t take unsolicted calls replied that it wasn t unsolicited. The bloke is an absolute weapon.
