ActiveQuote - Private Health insurance. Call center They call at renewal time, presumably so they can get another commission. I chose my existing provider from a comparison website and don't need any "advice" to renew with them. Obviously, if you keep change providers any pre-existing medical conditions won't be covered. You can supposedly email [email protected] to update your preferences. I haven't tried it yet, but it should stop the calls.

Said that my Bank card had been used twice today and if it was not me gave me the stale ring 1 or ring 2 options. Have not called them back and have no intention of doing so. Called this morning, automated message saying my amazon prime account was due for renewal, very hard to believe as I don't have a amazon prime account. I hung up before the end of the message.
I'm not even living in the UK and the phone number I got called on is a Dutch one which I do not use very actively. I didn't answer but it's safe to assume that ignoring this number is the best course of action.

SCAM Called today 23032022 automated voice saying £79 was coming out of my account today, press 1 for account details or 2 for other enquiries. claiming to be from Amazon but they do not have my mobile number.
It appeared on my bank account as pending transaction on 14 May 2023 for the value of more than £30 but I haven’t spent any money with Deliveroo. I will contact my bank if this transaction goes through.
PayPal phishing scam. Trying to get details and me to approve several fraudulent expenses on account.
Has rung me 3 or 4 times a day for a week. I answered the first call, and it appears to be some insurance type offering me an estate check after I'd done a funeral plan with another company. I declined. They've not stopped ringing. Blocked.
