If this is as others say ..Everest. that company went bust in 2019 and is now called everest 2020. They still owe or Chapel more than 4k deposit back. I have had this number blocked since last year because it kept ringing and there was nothing there . It just came up again as a blocked call today.. and yesterday. Has called several times. This time I answered and it was a recorded voice saying a large amount is trying to be taken for a transaction if not you press 1 . If you press nothing it just cuts of and if you try to ring back it does ring at all. Possible scam.

Bogus caller purporting to be from amazon, used my name which I confirmed and he asked for confirmation that I had ordered a new i-Phone 12 which I had not. This is just a bluff/smokescreen to raise anxiety and alarm. Caller asked how I usually access Amazon and requested that I login to my account. My curiosity about the call stopped here. I told the caller that I did not trust the call and hung up. To confirm, there has been no Amazon activity on my account. The caller simply wanted me to open it.
