Just wondered who had called from this number

Had a call about our washing machine warranty being out of date. He rang off when I asked a few questions about their company [difficult to hear what he said at this point] and how he came by his information. Usual garbage, but sounded British. This might be a follow up from a so-called survey I foolishly agreed to go through a few days ago - and during which I asked NOT to be contacted from, I assume, the people instigating it in the first place. This is the usual con merchant stuff we have to endure

Keep getting cslls from this nd many other numbers but I never answer any I don t know. W Can t understand what they get out of making harrasment calls if they just keep hanging up and noone buys anything!

I have been called twice by this number on my mobile, and no answer message has been left. I have just called it back on my work land line (using 141), and received a message saying I was called today by their "Events Team", who will call me back! I have no idea who these are and no Company Name was provided. I am now adding this number to my Blocked list

The individual announced themselves as Alpine Group but having recently received a call from another similar number last week, I told the female caller to STOP THERE! then hung up. Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed number which could be a very expensive call.

this number has called several times saying they are from british gas accounts, I told an asian sounding guy I wasn twith British gas so he kept asking who my supplier wa, I told him I wasn t prepared to give him that information and hung up. I had already checked this number and contacted my supplier(British gas lite) who assured me my account is an online product and under no circumstances would they phone me.
