Scam. Claimed to be from SKY. English not their first language. Tone was polite then turned quite aggressive when I said I don’t even have sky (I do just testing them!) said they must help me with my technical issues. Called Sky myself they confirmed no such calls are being made by them. It’s A SCAM!

Had a few missed calls off this number over a few days, then one morning at 5am, my phone woke me up by calling this number by itself on speaker. My phone is fingerprint/pin locked, and my applock app registered two failed attempts to access my phone's settings. Everyone in the house was asleep and I've yet to find an explanation. Phone completely scanned for malware and came up clean. Very perturbing.

I reported this number and no message, at the time I did not know where it came from; On the map, it was in a field up north. don't know why it would indicate that. Now found out this is a new number to me and someone I know. all ok. now.
Fraud, some one called Ryan Harris, whom pretends to be from Employer Advice Bearue, Vey aggressive and rude on the call. FInd Ltd company director's details from company house and data base of ACAS. Will waste your time and push to get through.

Contacted by a person from a dating site saying they were female and from a village near bangor. I do not know if this is genuine but i suspect not.
Called claiming to be Curry’s Pc World acting on behalf of network providers giving customers better deals. Phoned Curry’s to check legitimacy and they informed me this is definitely a scam as they don’t even have an outbound sales call team anymore and don’t act under the Currys Pc World name anymore, just ‘Curry’s’.

Rude, pushing, wanting to ask questions on branded products, Lifestyle Services apparently. Would not remove my number unless I answered his questions, said he did not have the authority, then told me he was the manager it was his company apparently called Connecting People and gave his name as Sam Thomas, not surprised to see neither listed on Companies House!

Caller said they were from O2 and had been looking through their monthly contracts to offer a 40% discount to subscribers. Said they would send an email and 2 codes to my mobile for me to claim. I don't have a contract with O2!! Also had a call from 01233 542989 this morning but couldn't answer it - seems like the same company. This is a cold calling number being rerouted from India. They claim to offer a brand new mobile phone contract to iPhone users for £35/month, and they asked me how long I had my iPhone for (I don't have one). So I asked them where they got my number from. They claim to have my number on a database because I am a loyal customer. I asked them a loyal customer of what? My mobile service provider, they replied. Who is my mobile service provider, I asked. At which point they hung up. Block this number.
