rang claimimg warranty about to expire on Sky. When told her not interested became abusive.When advised I m registered with telephone preference service and not to call again she laughed and said "I can t hear you" and "I will call again".

Curious - has anyone been on one of these holidays and how was it?

Called asking for me by name, then proceeded to laugh and hang up.

Left a text message on my mobile phone claiming they want me to give them my number so they can ring me back regarding a personal accident claim and how much I am entitled to. Except I don t have a personal accident claim. Obviously some kind of phishing text.

This is a scam caller from an Indian call center pretending to be from BT. Avoid.

Pre-recorded American accent female claiming to be from TalkTalk technical dept telling me that my internet connection will be terminated today. Call was yesterday and my intern...

I did not understand the caller as he had a peculiar accent. Became rude when I asked him to repeat.

I started my claim in October 2015, and to this date have received nothing. They are a nightmare to get hold off and don t have a clue about customer service. I m now struggling to get my ?500 back!!
