repeated calls again this week

I have been investigating this company myself for a number of years following a previous company trading under the same style. I do know they used to be a company called Lombard Legal who were based in liverpool and the man behind this was christian carney who employed his staff as directors. Had this a few time - thought is was TRJ but must be SRJ asking if I was NAME press 1 if not press 2 then can you bring NAME to phone 1 yes 2 no then please ask NAME to call. When they called next I pressed 1 and got "you will be put through to next available operator - she asked was I NAME and I said "Actually I am not there is nobody of that name at this address" - she said she would take us off their list - whether that happens or not remains to be seen

Pre recorded message re missold payment protection insurance. Standard woffle saying I could get up to £4000 in compensation. Press 2 to speak to an adviser, or alternatively save yourself money and put the phone down. The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.

This company has been calling my elderly vunerable neighbour since last year. I have lost count of how many times I asked them to take her off the call list. Reported to TPS seemed to stop for a while and has now started up again. Turned away 2 salesmen in last couple of weeks. Since Sept they have called her 9 times. A person with Dementia is not going to answer your questions correctly that you ask. She can t remember what day it is never mind if she has control over her own finances !! Vile disgusting

Claimed to be TalkTalk, called at 11:45pm and threatened to cut of broadband if I didnt get out of bed and go to my PC! Hung up.
