There trying to scam you out of money and DO NOT belong to any of these companies there claim to be. Banking Call from Indian sounding lady, says was calling from a business called Block Chain about my investments. I have no investments wit this company so asked her to remove me from her contact list immediately. She asked me to listed to her about the investments but when I repeated to remove me from their contact lists the call was dropped.
1471 gave a short incomprehensible message. 1571 said no messages. Another tracking agency cites this cod with numbers beginning with 8 belongs to an insurance company.

Fraud . A recorded message saying that a letter to the taxman had been returned and that I was going to be fined ... at which point I hung up. This is a SCAM.

They called asking for someone of a different name. I said it's a wrong number and they hung up. However it sounded very much like a scam call centre. After doing 1471 3 called them back and was hearing a recorded message about them being telly tube or telly shute. Never heard of them.
