Claim to be from amazon automated call trying to say unauthorised access to account

Possible a crypto scam, a girl (we met on badoo) was invited for dinner, but never talk on video call etc.. business as usual

Made the mistake of answering it, because I have family in Manchester ! Listened long enough to hear, a recorded message - this is Mastercard security…… hung up and blocked the number

I have already reported this number. It is the dialling code owned by mobile provider Hutchison 3G UK Ltd. I do not know the ID of the phone number 874428 other than what garbled message I've heard suggests it may be from India. I'm unable to make a connection but Hutchinson's have an Indian call centre; from a limited number of reviews it seems Hutchinson's don't have a very good reputation as a provider of services.

Scam tried to rip my 94 yr old mother off by offering a pendant fortunate she live with us but we weren't there to stop her giving bank details out . Called the number and they put the phone down on us clearly a fraud from a foreign country. Called bank and blocked account from been ripped off by these disgusting evil cretins. Be aware they are changing the last few digits on this number so less recognisable

The woman I spoke to said her name was Agent Sophine and she was part of the investigation team, even though she kept changing the name of her department. She was very aggressive and spoke very fast. SCAM Call from this number and again a male with a strong Asian accent. He knew my name and asked if I was that person. I didn't confirm but when I questionned him about who he was, he said he was calling from Health Department. When I asked him to define WHICH Health Department, he stalled. I said "you don't know, do you? There are many UK Health departments". At this point he simply hung up. I consider thiis a risk and potential scam.

Fraud. Got a text supposedly from GOV.UK with an https// click-in, advising me that they have identified me as being eligible for a discounted energy bill under the energy bill support scheme. Mmmm how did they know my number? why didn't I get an official letter/mmmm. No surprise really it's a fraud scam, the government doesn't text you to tell you they are giving you money,and as far as I know will never do this anyway. Why aren't they traced and shut down?

People find it hard to stay committed again. It’s becoming a difficult thing. Getting information & data you need is quite not a big deal. Sometimes the truth needs to be unveiled by whatsoever means necessary. If this was my bank they would identify themselves as such, and offer data to prove this. This is likely a scam, and best thing to do is hang up. A genuine caller would then call you back, and actually speak with you. DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS ON YOUR PHONE JUST HANG UP
