I was called by a lady from Meme Makeovers from this number. A lady offered my a photoshoot for a competition I had won from a wedding exhibition where I had left my details. She subsequently was incredibly rude and pretty much accused me of lying when I told her that her sales rep had not told me about a deposit of £35 and when I told her to call me the next day so I could think about it before committing, became pretty aggressive - complete disaster!! This seems to be the latest scam whereby the caller tel no comes up as local to you and you answer assuming it s your dentist or child s school etc so 01525 is for Leighton Buzzard etc The give away is its always a scouser accent When you say hold on you are not a Leighton buzzard no they hang up They mentioned the accident I never had ... Sighs ... Had two calls now I answer and just quietly leave phone down and let them run up call charges

The same for us - scammers. Luckily we have BT Guardian so have just added these time wasters to my blocked list so they can't get through again!

I get several calls a day and no one speaks

15:29 19/7/16. Did not appear to know my name, address or location, as did not refer to any - so just cold call to landline. Claimed to be from BT security and that there was a problem with my router. I asked who are BT? (jut to wind him up) - the answer he gave was the only truth in his call. He wanted me to check and confirm some details on my router. I told him I did not believe what he said, I was not going to give him any information and that I was going to hang up - which I did.

I m being inundated with nuisance calls, mainly international or weird numbers. Most hang up if you can t get to the phone within second. My trick, grab the phone, put it by radio or tv, you note they don t hang up then. THEN TURN THE VOL UP. If it deafens them hard luck!!

This number called me today saying that they had been passed my information after a car accident. Once I had indicated that this was false, they hung up.

Numerous calls from this number, often a long pause before they speak. Told them over & over I do not have any ppi to claim, I ask them to remove me from their list but I keep getting the calls. Aggravation factor = immense
