Caller was automated voice saying congratulations you have won either an ipad or £500 press 2 to acknowledge and we will call you back. Needless to say I did not press 2 as I am very wary of any callers who I do not know. I may have lost £500 or an ipad but I doubt it?!!!
Indian man said he was calling from "England Claim Services" in Manchester. He addressed me by a bogus name I had given to a previous unsolicited caller. When asked he said the address was 96 Devon Road LU2 0RU which is in Luton. He gave me a contact number of 01624643245. He said I am entitled to a PPI payment of ?1826 but due to admin fees and taxes the actual amount I get is only ?720. However if I take out an insurance policy I would save the fees and taxes. Scam loan company!! My partner got a call saying he was getting a £1000 loan but wanted him to pay £75..we where going back and forward told my partner it was a scam and to ask them to send contract details over, my partner called him back and told him we didn't want the loan and was told to keep the £75 in his account and was told to f*ck off!! Do not give this man any of your money you WILL be scammed

Ok - enough complaining already! How can we stop them in their tracks - have just had a six month run in with them.... Report them to the Legal Ombudsman & if you paid by credit card get your provider on to them... I got a partial refund because I did both! Even though I have come out of this without loosing I will not stop complaining until companies house removes them from their site or perhaps - even better - they are taken to court & have to pay back all the misguided folk who believed their spin!
