Was an answerphone recording telling me I owed money to the Tax office. I blocked the number as I'm sure HMRC don't use mobile phones to make calls, and will find a conventional method of contacting me rather than a dodgy auto service.

The telecoms company Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd That sold this number also supply a list of phone numbers to call. You are on that list if this number phoned you. Best is to get something like a Panasonic KX-TGJ420E. And leave a Google Maps review for the telecoms company.

Southend-on-Sea! I've no connections to there any more, none that would have my telephone number. No purchases made from over there. And there are no company names attached to this number. I can only assume phishing or scamming of its not a misdialled number.
Called with message about unauthorized payment from my debit card, if it wasn't you press 1. I did out of interest. Spoke with a man with Indian accent. He knew my name and surname which is highly unnerving. He said a payment of £900 and something pounds had been taken from my debit card. I replied "oh no, it wasn't me, can you help me?". This number has called our home landline numerous times 700-336-4351 comes in as "Service Code". Answered it once and no one on the other end. We just hear a click. Very annoying at best.
