This is FPC or Fredpay.com. They are a collection agency who normally act on behalf of Vodafone. They ask for your name , date of birth, post code etc. to confirm your identity. Simply dont give it to them and they cant continue the conversation !

They have called four times in the last three days. This is about a new boiler, feel they are taking the mickey out of us now, as we have spoken to them every time and said we are not interested.

A man called claiming to be from BT. He told something about a late payment and wanted me to pay ?31.00, otherwise it will become more. I didnt believe one word and hung up! Its a scam!

Had a call from an Indian chap asking to speak to a woman I ve never heard of so I indulged him to try and find out what he was calling for. He said they were a debt consolidation company so I asked who was financially backing them. They called my number asking for me by a name I haven t gone by for nearly 5 years, so I am assuming that somewhere someone / some company, has sold on their client list. I said she wasn t available and could I take a message, the scouse guy gave Chase Alexander as the company name. The same company that pretty much harassed me last year on various different landline and mobile numbers. Each time i just said I didn t know the person they called for etc.
