To STOP .......We were receiving calls on a daily basis from 0161 237 7500 and the message gives you 0161 236 2565 to be removed from call list. When you dial this number - it does not connect. After some digging on the internet (No1 Accident Claims Manchester) I found another number 0844 844 9199 - does not connect but hey oh two emails:- [email?protected] and [email?protected] Sent them a strongly worded email to get my number removed. Had calls from these clowns for years, despite being ex-directory, registered with TPS, and despite asking them, every single time, to remove me from their lists.
Automated call telling me £1000 had been taken from my account for a gambling site in the USA. It then followed saying £300 had been taken to pay Amazon. Neither of these things have happened. It asked to press 1 or 3 as a follow up.
Obvious scam number as no message was left on the ansaphone. I do not answer any numbers I don't recognise - except my local ones and mobiles.
