Number relates to no known person. Began with my name and short message saying ..I meant to send this earlier...followed by a link. I marked as unknown but suspect fraud

Auto message started "Please hold........" I hung up. Getting realy annoyed at cold callers and auto callers. I am on Telephone Preference Scheme and they still call. Even after I tell them politely I am on TPS and to remove my number. Further calls from the same number I am less polite too. Sooner or later I may reach the stage where I will only have the last resort of blowing a whistle down the line to see if that stops them.

Please can it be made possible to ban these calls?

Don't know who they are, they have rung three times in last two days, I answered, nobody spoke at their end.

1 ring & hang up as all above said. Ofcom say by returning their calls you will be charged UP TO 13pmin landline 43p min mobile (plus setup fee) So dont bother returning their call. Probably just a recorded message anyway.

I have been called twice by this company at work. the person who called today said that they had only rung this once, not two weeks ago, but it was exactly the same company offering exactly same thing - £20 fuel vouchers and free magazine and hundreds of thousands of offers and if you would like you can join, but you don t have to. Female caller from this number called saying they had been told I had been in an accident that wasnt my fault. I asked them who they wanted to speak to, but they continued to ask for details. I asked who they wanted to talk to and they hung up. Pretty Rude.
