Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Rang me 3 times telling me I had recently applied to a trading company which was untrue. Would not give their company name, only first name of callers (2 - one with Indian dialect, second and third caller with African dialect). Had an old BT email number for me (10 years ago). Am now with different provider. . Thought it was a scam and on each occasion put phone down.

Organised Crime fraudsters. It's suppose to be UK number but based in Russia. They are using legitimate business names to defraud people. Please do the needful by contacting those legitimate businesses and telling them that fraudsters are using their business names to commit financial crimes.
I answered saying can I help, they said hello in a oriental/Asian voice, I said can I help again, the line went dead, so not sure what it was but it is annoying because we get at least one call a day from similar number, sometimes it is just silent
